Food choices..

Asalamualaikum everyone..
For me, Cooking is a must thing to do...at least one cooked meal a day. Making it more interesting, I begin to explore new recipes. Not necessary tasty and delicious, but also something good for the health. I had collected and tested a few recipes that I thought was yulk...and to my surprise it was yummeh.
Well, trying to abstain on food with high calories and sugar is the hardest thing to do for someone who was born loving food to the extend, like me for example. 
Initially, it was rather meroyan.. when I cannot get sweets and bread. And as much as I love baking and always thought that I can't live without. I then, substitute ingredients to something better. As time passed by I got a little used to it. Do not it abruptly but slowly and making it the way of life. Going on a Diet does not only make you lose weight but creates healthy living. Cleansing with greens once in a while help to detoxify your body that had accumulated the lemak and tepu.
According to my dearest Hb who never believe in torturing himself, always labelled me as a paronoid...sigh! I am not a Diet Freak person..am being conscious on what good for my body.. Am still enjoying food.. not to the fullest but eating in moderation.

Here, sharing some of my tested recipes, gluten free and light Carbs menus.

Cauliflower base pizza. It tasted better than bread..crunchy and a must
try recipe.

Coconut flour Banana bread..delicious, the taste of sweetness from the fruit,
 no white sugar added

Beef Rissoles with Coconut and Almond meal Pumpkin Bread

Buckwheat Pasta..not so tasty but a nice try.

Salad with..Tempeh, Salmon and etc.
Good combination of melayu and mat salleh

Soba noodle fried with  prawns and veges...

Wholemeal Scones *no yeast* with Meatball Salad, Yogurt sauce and Garlic
Happy, when you get to feed the body with a little Carbs.

After all those healthy food...here comes the heavy Carbs..
