Butterscotch Prune Pudding with caramel sauce to enjoy in a cold rainy evening. Got the recipe from Olive magazine. A simple recipe which only took me about 20 minutes preparation and 35mins baking time.

And after a week break from sending Hb to UMSC.. I started painting. It was for a friend who ordered sometime ago..someone yang I cannot say NO. I was liked *wandering where to find time* reluctant at the first place, but on second thought...why not!
She wanted Picnic and Cutlery Box.
I will have to take my time according to my schedule. But you know, once I got the hang of it, I can't stopped.

Good Life..that is!

Hello..
How good life is.. if not to be with something that you enjoy with..
The week that was ... Cooking and Books. Yeah, plenty of books from that 3 times visit to the Book Fair. What fun I had with so many recipes that Gosh! don't know where to begin. Anyway, I had finished one novel 'The Good Woman' by Danielle Steel. And already started one more 'The Secret' by Harold Robbin *kinda biru* heheee.
Insyallah, my buku2 wirid and the islamic books tidak ketinggalan di baca... my promised to Hb..yup!

And since, I have nothing else to share...let's enjoy some photos of Food.
It's all simple Cooking. The kind my family love having...easy peasy!
But what happen to the Recipe Books I bought? No new recipes? Tunggu....

The catch from the second visit to the Fair.

Incredible Book Fair...

Last Friday and Saturday my daughter Fifa and me spent mostly on bed..with bloated stomach. Fifa threw out a couple of times. Yes, we both got affected..Food Poisoning. It's an uncomfortable feeling. Must be the food we had that afternoon at Anjung Merah. The ailment could be caused by unhygienic food due to not cleaned vegetables or food served uncovered. People like us especially with weak stomach suffers if we are not careful.

By Sunday, we went to Book Fair despite the gas that had been disturbing us. The Book Fair was organized by 'Big Bad Wolf'. Was held at Mardi Maeps Hall A, in Serdang. When we reached the car park, there were a few buses waiting to send us to the Hall. See, we don't have to walk, and the Hall was quite a distance away....bestnya naik bus. Mana ada saja2 nak naik bus.

When we entered the Hall, O.M.G. there were mountains and mountains of Books we saw. Gosh! Cookery section had more than 6 rows or so....giler...

While we separated from the kids, I clung to Hb..Well, not eazy, tiap2 kali tengok buku, pusing tengok Hb, takut hilang. If we knew earlier, we would have brought a bag. we had to carry piles of books by two hands, tak larat kan. Nampak kotak kosong, terus masuk kan semua buku2....Adoi, beratnya. So, you know berapa banyak kita beli. Worth going! Berbaloi..
Now, I have a collections of Cookery Books. Boleh lah nak buka kedai masak. I would really recommend that everyone should go..It's cheap about 75% to 95% sale..better go!! And you would not regret it. Hats off to 'Big Bad Wolf' for organizing such systematic Event. It's was well organized, Bravo!!
Hmm...thinking of going again and again.....

Cleaning Spree and Cuttoo Get Together

Hb only went to UMSC on Monday, Doctor Lydia was on leave for the whole week. Hmm.. wonder what sort of arrangement they'd made..
Since Tuesday Hb had an appointment with Doctor Zurin at Damansara Specialist Centre, so we called it off until next Monday *until Doctor Lydia is back*

Well, well, I have been crazy this week spring cleaning the house with my Maid. I was boosted with energy. Lots of rubbish I had cleared. And was so glad that I'd made it... great relieved! My heart was singing happily each time I opened the cupboards after cleaning...tersusun rapi gitu. Lama juga, tak mengemas. ..
I had bare this in mind, tho having a maid... do not rely on them 100%. Eventho we guide them with the time table still, we need to check once in a while. Never let them do as they like...nanti habis jadi rumah dia pulak.
I've been out almost everyday, not that I am not thankful having her... I am. My house looks spick and span but if I don't complaint what I saw in the drawers or cabinets, she would not be bothered. My maid, as a person... ok!! cuma, ignorant at times.
Imagine, me without a maid...pengsan!
Dah lama tak share my menu, I managed to snap one photo...Pizza, I made some nights ago.

of Hb's clothes where he could used it when we are
downstairs.

Cuttoo Get Together at Dina's..Thursday, 6th, Oct, 2011

We had breakfast at Dina's house. Dina, an Indonesian had served us her specialty that was Nasi Ambeng. Sedap... Yes, we are lucky to have someone in our group yang bukan Malaysian, so we got to rasa masakan dari Negara lain. And the kuih too was different, it looked like Pulut Panggang instead of coconut filling, but it's fish..tasty! Not only we enjoyed the Food but the company. Even the Non Cuttoo Members like Ani and Zu were there. We hugged and kissed exitedly... missing them so much.. lama tak jumpa. We are looking forward at Kak Non's next Month, insyallah....

Afternoon Tea With My Neighbors...

Time flies before you know it..sedar2 dah habis Syawal, and one month to another dengan sekelip mata. And now it had been a week I'd sent and waited for Hb, approximately 2 hrs everyday. Another week to go and we will see the outcome of the Therapy.

And this time, no more Amcorp Mall but to Bangsar and...Midvalley lol. It wasn't that far, not more than 5 kilometers after all. Jalan sorang2 and when you get parking far from the entrance is really a nightmare. But I did walked alone the other day, was lucky it was just a few meters away my car to the entrance. So, yesterday I brought my maid along. Wah! happiness mek Indon tu...smilling all the way, sempat called her daughter telling that she's out to KL.
It's Metro Sale.. nothing extravaganza. But you know, bila dengar 'Sale' mesti nak beli. Itu pun I got the really really bargain goods...mostly for my kids, bedsheets, towels and what not. Did I get anything for myself? Well ya, also from bargain corner, some plates. It's a must to be around the Living Quarters.

Tea With Neighbors...
We had Tea in my house with my neighbors yesterday on their request. A small group gathering. After coming back from my errand I quickly prepared Beef Pie, Sandwiches, Croissant Pudding and Triffle...a bit too elaborate eh! My neighbors's mum Datin Sharifah *someone I look up to, tho from a high society background yet humble and a wonderful Mum as I like to describe her and who adore me, wished to have Tea with us. We were pleased, of course. I invited a few more guests, Kak Faridah/Hb and Zulita *she came alone* Just a few days ago, my neighbor Kak Faridah had invited us for Tea *the same people invited to my house*..and from there it continues... There will be an invitation after this from Zulita. Alhamdullillah, melimpah2 rezeki makan tahun ni.
