Whooh! Look at the Food,...my son Syazwan gave that remark while sending the food picture to his FB.. After a few days of simple Cooking, I decided to cook a little extra as my niece Izian and her friend Belle came for Open Fast. I totally got hooked up in the kitchen from one menu to another. Initially, it was just some simple Malay dishes like Izian's favorite Sambal Tumis Petai, Kailan and Fried Tenggiri, then added some Western.. Roast chicken with baby potatoes and tomatoes together with Salad and sauce.
Ada side dishes 'Laksa Lemak' And what's for Dessert?...Baked Corn Caramel Pudding...loved it, it's so soft *gebu* and rich...I added cream. Ops, I bukan nak promote, but it was nice, you won't get enough when you eat it *tak muak , gitu...hehe.
And my two kids Syafiq and Fifa, bought Satay, *of all the food, satay* some extra they said for their cousin.
So, apalagi...come let the pictures do the talking....

But this is what Hb requested, Fried Ikan Bilis with Onions and chilis.

Ya Allah, ampun ni lah insan ini sekiranya Iya terlalau ghairiah dengan memenuhi mejanya semasa di bulan Puasa ini....Amin, amin, amin...
Salam sis Iha, ya ampun ... terancam iman!! Walau pun "ampuni lah insan ini sekiranya ..." namun mengikut setiap portion kena sedang2 elok sahaja.
ReplyDeleteBerbuka puasa segini dengan pelbagai juadah, terus terasa rindu dengan Ibunda kerna sama caranya dengan sis Iha, apa sahaja yang dihidangkan menambat selera juga anak mata memandang lagi2 yang Ratna suka ialah laksa lemak, salad with fruits, gorengan ikan bilis juga baked corn caramel pudding semuanya yummy!!
Mengapa tersangat jauhhhhhhhh!!c'est tellement beau et bon, ça m'a fait pleurer ...

ReplyDeleteMak aiiii... macam satu batalion nak makan ni, if i were there pun tatau nak makan hok mana dulu, saya pun suka jamu famili klu time buka pose tp tahun ni apakan dayaku, tangan tak cukuplah! to see the satisfaction pd mereka2 yg makan tu dah rasa cukup happy kan?
p/s : eh, sharelah resepi baked corn caramel tu, musti lomak berkrim disukai ramai!
