My Heirloom sewing...

It has been a week since I got my fingers typing again. But that did not mean my fingers were not working.. Ahakss! I had filled my time with sewing...ada2 aje. All the while my tailor had sewn my bling bling on my baju kurung. So now I decided to sew the bling bling myself. Haish..now I know why they charged a few hundred ringgit just for the beadings. Interesting, I would say, you can't stop when you get the hang of it...but when you had too much of those beads..rasa nak terkeluar biji mata. I will show my baju during Raya..*hilang seri baju, bila tunjuk sekarang kann*
To some people I may live a busy life, but this is the way of life I choose, to occupy my time with things I love to do. Nevertheless the duty as Wife and Mum would remain my first priority..I love so much anything that involves needle and thread..but as the time and my allergy *sinus* do not permit me to do so. I would like to share here  *photos in my earlier entries* my embroidery cushions, my daughters dresses, crochet, quilting and anything that a true lady *perempuan sejati..gitu* would do lol! I am not bragginggg.. but this hobbies are in my blood. Alhamdullillah.. God has given me fingers, flair and passion to do this intricate  fine works.. I can imagine how unlucky and frustrated  for someone to have lost the touch of  fine movement that yr fingers can do..

I had sewn these  dresses with smocking for my Fifa when she was about
12 yrs old. Still very nice ever since..keeping it nicely packed.
 And..will be passed down to my grandchildren, Insyallah..

This has been my favorite.

 In between those time with needle and thread I got time for cakes..a friend ordered  Cheese Blueberry Cake yesterday. And I did not hesitate to make one for my family.

 And so I did..and they loved it..

 Daily routine wasn't that hectic except for driving to Bidor every 2 weeks. We went there on Thursday morning and it didn't took us long that day, had called the Sensei earlier for appointment...by 1 pm everything was done. My daughter is on Semester break.. she had some friends to the house and I did not cook extravaganza. Really not in the mood as the weather was terribly hot last week until it rained none stop last Wednesday.
And to pass her time, my daughter had bought herself lovely fishes to enjoy during the day..

She and her friends were preparing breakfast..

I made simple Muffin for them during Teatime.

And Pho Bo *Vietnamese Noodle soup* for dinner
