Sentimental Values to share

Plants and flowers for the week. And are currently blooming!!

Cattleya

Bromeliad

As you can see, I have all the time blogging lately eh!!
Macam la banyak masa kan.. I made up the time actually. Yes, time for myself.. to share my thoughts and my interest..I felt better after that!
And in this post and onwards, why not we *play house* and sharing sentimental things. As I mentioned before, I always had the passion for creating beautiful things. And
this beautiful things could be seen from my handy work *wink* I enjoyed it so, so much.. I sewn my daughter's dress with smocking when she was young *still keeping it* And I had also sewn each of my kids their quilt patchwork. It was a satisfaction you can't described. like painting...Hmm, I missed doing that too!!

Well, what do you think? It's my creation!

The red dress, was my very first try!

The dresses, has been vacumn packed and will be passed on
for the next generation.. to cucu maybe!

Quilt patchwork

Other things, like collecting Sovenier Plates, tea pots...from different country, or doesn't matter to me where it came from..for as long as it caught my eyes. And silverware too. And last but not least, my tea sets, and dinner sets. Well, do you believe it, when I say hubby is the one who helped with the collections? True enough, without him I wouldn't be buying. Whatever we shopped hubby was always around to make the choosing *dia yang lebih* seriously, you know!
My friends used to say, *lucky me*...ya ke? I dont think so...not fair, he got to choose!! he, he. But anyway, I am thankful enough! Thank you hubby for buying me those precious sentimental things.

Just to share our simple but healthy lunch. Soup tulang, Fried tenggiri
and fried sawi bunga.

Until the next entry, I will share more... see yeah!!

Sharing some pictures of flowers from my garden.

Bleeding Heart Vine

One of my favourite, still searching for it's name.

My 'Rose of India'

Weekends had arrived again, it seemed like yesterday. Diam tak diam dah 6 bulan hubby di rumah..how fast time flies. We, slowly got ourselves adapted to the life without maid, doing it with passion, I hope.. Kalau dapat maid alhamdullillah, kalau tak, syukur juga. Hubby said, I should be thankful that I am capable to run the household and blessed with good health! *Sob* Alhamdullillah.. I can fully understand how he felt, if only he can contribute to the housework. No worry my darling hubby, get well first, and we' ll consider that later!

We had a relaxing weekend..
Saturday, hubby went out with Syazwan. They had lunch together, while fifa and me had madonald and I just wanted to be around the house. My Syafiq had gone outstation for assignment.
I had baked 'Quiche' for my dear friend Faridah and hubby from Klang. They will be leaving to Mekah..and had come to visit us..how nice! Selamat menunaikan Haji dan semoga mendapat Haji Mabrur!!

Specially baked for you, Faridah and Mat Noh.

Beautifully served!

Sunday, mula2 rasa nak masak, but later, hubby decided to have brunch at Raju's. I dont really favour Indian food actually, but at Raju's the food is served hot. What I meant is, you could request them to fry fresh seafood and chicken. And the best is, it's served on banana leaf.

Indian food, hubby's fav!

Served on banana leaf.
Budak berdua ni, tolak kayu dgn batu, he, he.

We had too much for lunch, so decided to have something light for dinner. What else, bread is the simplest. Made something to go with it..meat with mushroom. Italic

Freshly baked from my oven!

Penat cari recipe, and end up with this. Meat with Mushroom.
It goes well with a cup of coffee...purrfect!!!

It's Monday, Fifa off day from college. We were at Chawan Bangsar while
waiting to fetch hubby from physio. The ice drinks, are in tall glasses.
And it is worth the price!

Tengok tu, Taufoo bakar..

At the beginning...
Upset, whooh! whooh!.. the maid which I was supposed to get, did not want to come. How disapointing! I was really downed, and it spoilt my day.. rasa nak makan semua orang! Banyak ragam orang Indon ni..mengada! Nampak gaya, kenalah tunggu lagi.
Semalam, dah berangan angan nak relax with my painting stuff . It's been awhile now, I simply hide it away..with all this hectic routine I'm having now .. it's really impossible!!
Dugaan, dugaan. Semoga Allah, make me a strong person and have patience *more patience, this time*

Later the next day...

The weekend with so much fun with friends and food at*open house*
Since it's Saturday, and last day of syawal, I got a chance to go out leaving hubby with the kids. I cooked Nasi lemak for the family before I leave. My first open house was at Noraida's in Bukit Rimau. Had planned earlier with Zulita. She fetched me on the dot 12am...very punctual. Good food! that's how I could describe.. ada lamb, kuay teow, chicken pie, nasi minyak, satay, chendoi, and etc.. I have BIG appetite lately, who wouldn't if this kind of food served.

By the way, Noraida has a beautiful house.

I had to leave early as I had one more open house at Roslina's in Kelana Jaya. Kenyang pun tak habis lagi..Zulita send me home and I left to Roslina's house with Fifa after Zohor. I was never so glad to see the *girls* We hugged *muah! muah* and I really missed them. Memang lama tak jumpa. The last time at Chatter's place in June. They said I was losing weight compared to the last time they saw me..*yup! 7 kg* Kalau saja2 nak kurus, memang susah. But now, makan apa pun still maintain..penat kut!
Here are more photos at Roslina's house.

My Weekend's activities to the maximum

Tiap2 kali I complained letih ke, apa ke, I will dibalas double. Tak letih mana pun..tapi dah biasa merungut. I thought weekends are rest days, but that's the days we get visitors. Bulan Raya la katakan. Every weekend tu mesti ada tetamu, kekadang tak sempat mandi lagi org dah datang. So, this Saturday morning got myself and hubby ready mandi and breakfast, thought of getting some groceries at the supermart, my Aunty Wan chu and family are coming..I and fifa wanted to cook Marinara Spagetti and Quiche. But to my surprised,Wan chu and family were already at the gate when I was about to leave. Haish!, malu rasanya, she brought FOOD, that she cooked earlier that morning, big tupperware of chicken curry and prepared dough, *Puri* Am I not lucky to have families who care? Of course we are *hubby pun* We are blessed! Syukur, Alhamdullillah.

I had no choice, but to order some food at the nearest Restaurant Ameer *the friendly family Restaurant, we called it* This Raya, disitu lah tempat mengorder bila tak sempat masak. I ordered Mee Goreng, Beehoon goreng and Mutton Curry to go with the Puri. Len, Wan chu's eldest son came later, penuh rumah, bagai nak pecah.

Not long afterwards, hubby old varsity mate Shafii and wife Ros came. I, biasa lah kelam kabut..dengan Ros nak sembang, dengan Wan chu and family pun nak.

Wan chu and family went back earlier than Shafii. Well, they did not looked like they're leaving my house..non stop talking, maybe nak cover what they had missed. Last, last balik juga. Ooh, aah! penat, banyak sangat bercakap. All the washing and serving actually done by Fifa but the keeping of dishes back to the cupboard pun boleh meletihkan*itu I kena buat*
The same night my sister Liza called up, nak datang.. Pukul berapa? 9pm. Alamak! I asked hubby to take a nap for about one hour before they came.. I thought I dah letih, but.... biasa la.. They left about 11 something.

Tak boleh tidur, my little girl fifa, *I still think that she is still a baby* her night out with friends. Bagi chan, penat buat kerja. I waited and waited until she"s back home safely, baru boleh tidur. *No photo snapped for this day*

Sunday.
Another hectic day! Morning, had to be with hubby to Extraordinary General Meeting of Permai, held at our Kota permai golf club. The first meeting hubby attended since he fell sick. As we came in the meeting room, everyone gave a clapped of welcome..very very touched to see him walked through the crowds, unsteadily *sob* Many had come to him to say hello and giving him words of motivation. Thanks guys, he really need it! I as usual *hubby's chaperone* busy explaining about his condition to my fellow neighbors. We had light lunch before we left home.

Belum sempat buat apa2 pun.. dah ada call from hubby work mate from Johor, they were already at our area. Baru nak prepare lunch for the kids.. Marinara Spaggeti. Nasib baik, Fifa took over. Well, served apa yang ada.. cookies and cakes..oh ya, and ice cream. Agak lama juga sembang2.

Just after they left had to fetch my car, sent for service. Sempat bersantai with son Syazwan to Paparich. *sigh, catch my breath* There went my Sunday...
Correction...Weekends and weekdays to the maximum...or Everyday activities to the maximum..oh, whatever!!

Hubby, at the meeting.

Dah nak habis makan, baru teringat nak snap!
